About VUITMARINE

Designed and made
in Barcelona

VUIT ATELIER

01Origin

A Mediterranean textile brand
created for charter yachts

Bath, bed, deck, table and crew, considered as one language rather than a list of products.

02Why VUITMARINE

Four things
we hold to

Natural materials

Linen, and nothing standing in for it.

Contemporary design

Mediterranean, quiet, without nautical decoration.

Real onboard use

Drawn for guest spaces and for the people who service them.

A coherent system

Bath, bed, deck, table and crew in one language.

Made where
it is designed

VUITMARINE is developed and made in our own atelier in Barcelona, bringing design, pattern and making closely together. This allows yacht-specific requirements to be translated into finished pieces with a direct connection between specification and making.

05Linen

Why linen

The collection is built on one fibre, so that everything on board belongs to the same material family.

Pure linen
  • MaterialA single fibre across the whole collection. Waffle linen for the bath, natural washed linen everywhere else.
  • TextureWeave you can read at arm’s length and feel in the hand.
  • Natural characterLinen creases. It is meant to. That is the look, not a fault to be engineered out.
  • Mediterranean sensibilityA natural fibre that fits the Mediterranean way of living.
Collection palette

Six colours

The collection colours in linen
Sand · Pearl Grey · Tuscany · Burgundy · Bottle Green · Brass

Available colours subject to product/reference.

06The system

Not a collection
of individual textiles

Four parts that work as one: what we make, how it is grouped, what is measured, and how it is kept going.

07Made for life on board

Drawn for the way
a yacht is used

A charter yacht changes guests every week. The collection is designed around that, not adapted to it afterwards.

  • Guest spacesBath, cabin, deck and table, coordinated.
  • CrewService textiles and uniform pieces for daily work.
  • RotationOne in use, one in laundry, one in reserve.
  • ReplacementPieces reordered against an approved reference.
  • Seasonal continuityThe same specification carried from one season into the next.
