A table laid in linen
Collection 01 · Table

Mediterranean
service

Napkins, placemats, runners and service cloths in pure linen, for the table and for the work that surrounds it.

02 · The idea

The table is where
a charter is remembered.

Guests spend more time at the table than anywhere else on board, and it is the one setting that is rebuilt from nothing several times a day. The table linen has to look composed at eight in the evening and be back in service by lunch.

03The table pieces

The table pieces.

From the runner that sets the length of the table to the cloth that never leaves the galley.

04The table, in plan

How a setting
is built

Runner down the centre, placemat under each cover, napkin to the left, glass cloth kept apart. The proportions follow the table, not a catalogue.

05Service

The half of the table
guests never see

Three of the seven references never reach a place setting. They belong to the pantry, the service trolley and the galley, and they are made in the same linen as the pieces that do.

  • Glass ClothVM-T00Kept for glassware and nothing else.
  • Service ClothVM-T05Carried through service, in the same linen as the table.
  • Kitchen ClothVM-T06For the galley, where the table is prepared.
06Rotation

Rotation

Table textiles move through the same simple rotation as the rest of the yacht.

One in use

Laid, folded, or over the arm.

One in laundry

Off the table between services.

One in reserve

Folded and ready before it is needed.

07Material
Linen at close range

The same linen
across the table

The table pieces use the same pure linen language as the rest of the collection, so a napkin and a cabin throw belong to the same boat.

08Colour

Six colours

A table can carry one colour or two from the same palette, and still read as part of the yacht rather than as a separate scheme.
